Totally wrong information
AutoCheck shows 54,929 mileage when the car has 1,656 miles. They also show my car was sold in Palm Springs, and this is not correct. I sent them proof, but they will not make a correction.

This is the worst customer service reporting service that exists. I checked with Carfax on this particular vehicle and found it now needs its fourth transmission in under $130,000, MI.
How could you miss three transmission replacements? Because of this poor reporting I bought a vehicle.

Resolved: Incorrect mileage
- - Mileage shows 15K more than actual.
- - I have service records and odometer photos as proof.
- - Carvana submission blocked until the mileage is fixed.
They corrected the mileage to the actual mileage on the car. Email them using all of their contact forms because the phones dont work.
They are showing my mileage as 15K more than it is. I have service records to prove this and pictures of my odometer.
I can't get a reliable offer for my car with the mileage being incorrect. In fact, I can't even submit to Carvana without fixing it. The phone number doesn't even ring during the week, and on the weekends, it says they aren't in the office. There has been no response to their 'contact us' email.
I will lose money on my car now because I have no way to fight this. And I will not be spending $30 to get an incorrect report from them to correct their error.

Auto check does not match the correct vehicle
- - History check links a service to the same VIN.
- - The service place has no record for their vehicle.
- - AutoCheck is hard to reach.
We pulled our own auto check on our own vehicle because we are selling it. We saw a service that was done to supposedly our vehicle which had the same Vin number.
So I called the place of service. They do not have our vehicle showing any record of any service. Whatever vehicle it was it had over 100,000 miles more than ours. So now it looks like we rolled back our odometer?
we did not have our vehicle service there and we did not have that number of miles on our odometer. So were trying to get it fixed and corrected. I called both their phone numbers at least 10 times today.
Did not even get a message machine to leave a message on. Auto check is very hard to get a hold of.

I have received zero feedback from AutoCheck.
This report was so inaccurate that AutoCheck did not pick up on old and recent Recalls on the 2020-**** Jeep 4xe recalls. We have had and have major repair work done on our 4xe and yet the report came up stellar with zero issues...May have turn to Lemon Law...Best advice? Do not rely on AutoCheck nor CarFax don't seem to be reliable ...Research your vehicle, make and model for issues before buy and take advantage or National Recall sites...
