I found out about Autocheck at a dealer trying to trade in my car when they show me a report stating "frame damage" on my SUV ..... funny part is 15 days later after that report at Autocheck the car as sold as a certified pre owned ....

Weird .... The last record they had the car was owned by me already and show a inspection on 10/31/2015 and also an aftermarket alarm installed . Called them up and told them that the car still with factory alarm and inspection was due only in January 2017 since the car was inspected January 2015 . So I asked them where they got that info and I was never able to get an answer BUT that record was deleted (good is I have a copy of that report) The frame damage they said that had contacted the auction that reported the frame damage back in 2011 and the technician still remember that specific car and remember the damage and they can not do anything about ......

So I'm stuck with a car that is still worth 15k and can not trade in at any dealer that works with Autocheck. Did a report with Carfax , InstaVIN and VINAudit but no one else shows any accident on my car .

Went to a GM dealer and asked for a history of airbag deployment and there's nothing to report ..... I can not trust a company that shows records that don't make sense when you look at their report .

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $12000.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
